  2. If you have hosting with a company that uses cpanel, chances are that you have access to awstats as well, right there with all of your info. That's the case with hostgator, which I use. awstats provides pretty much the same information as analytics and the rest, without having to enter code or leave your host.

  4. Great post Stasys! I have been using statcounter for some time and have found it very useful. I recently added the Statpress plugin to my self hosted Wordpress site and like that one also. It is very convenient to have on my admin page. I have added your feed on Blogcatalog and will be looking forward to more informative posts from you.
